About Carson Mulholland
I am a 200-hour certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher based in San Francisco, trained at the School Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. I offer private 1-on-1 sessions (virtual or in-person), group classes, and retreats.
My teaching style emphasizes personalization—whether you want to focus on a goal like hip opening, adapt for an injury, or explore chair and standing yoga.
I specialize in yoga and meditation for stress relief, increasing self-esteem, building strength (power Vinyasa), and deepening the connection to and union of the self and the divine. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a new one and are looking to deepen your practice, improve your flexibility, build strength, or relieve stress, you have come to the right place and I'm really happy you're here.
My intention is to foster a conscious, heart-centered community of yogis. When requested, I can weave my personal experience and background in recovery and sobriety into our time together. I look forward to practicing with you. ✨

Private 1 on 1 Yoga Sessions
In these sessions, I work 1 on 1 with you to deepen your practice. Focusing on an intention, proper alignment, and advancing poses. When I practice with you, I am tuned into what your heart, mind, and body need after an initial consultation. Our time together is highly personalized to what you need whether that's strengthening your practice or finding your center.
